Terms & Conditions - The Basics
These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all quotations, sales, services, and transactions provided by the Company (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging our services or purchasing our products, the client (“you” or “the customer”) acknowledges and agrees to these Terms.
1. Quotations & Pricing
All quotations are valid for a limited period stated on the quote. Prices exclude taxes, duties, and additional charges unless otherwise specified. Any changes in specifications, quantities, or scope may result in revised pricing.
2. Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed only upon written acceptance or deposit payment. Payment terms must be followed as stated on the invoice or agreement. Late payments may incur interest charges. Goods remain our property until full payment is received.
3. Delivery & Lead Times
Estimated delivery dates are approximate and may vary due to production schedules, customs, transport delays, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.
4. Shipping, Risk & Insurance
Risk transfers to the customer once goods are handed over to the carrier or shipping agent. Insurance is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
5. Quality & Inspection
The customer must inspect goods upon receipt and report any issues within seven (7) days. Failure to notify us within this period constitutes acceptance of the goods.
6. Warranties
Products may include manufacturer warranties where applicable. Warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
7. Returns & Cancellations
Returns or cancellations require our written approval. Custom or specially manufactured items are non-refundable. Approved returns may be subject to restocking fees.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the product or service supplied. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, business interruption, or delays.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding business information, pricing, drawings, and proprietary documents shared during the transaction.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the relevant jurisdiction in which the contract is executed. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, arbitration or the appropriate legal forum.
